Эффект в основном выражается в увеличении температуры смоченного термометра по сравнению с окружающим воздухом. 2. Условия, свойственные конденсаторам с воздушным охлаждением, в которых часть удаляемого воздуха смешивается с наружным; количество рециркуляции определяется конструктивными особенностями оборудования, относительной близостью тех или иных объектов и атмосферными условиями. Эффект в основном связан с уменьшением единичной мощности.
